We all know how boring a slide presentation can be.
The introduction of PowerPoint made it possible for anyone to showcase their work (even non-creatives).
Whereas having to pay for PowerPoint led many to not use it, the introduction of Google Slides (which is free mind you) has once again opened up the flood gates to slide presentations.
I’m in no way whatsoever downplaying the usefulness of slide presentations. Heck, I believe they are essential to get your point across, remember a vast amount of individuals in this world learn visually and overall visual cues are always a plus to keep us interested.
My problem with slide presentation stems from individuals who just don’t know how to do it properly.
Believe it or not, there is a science to it.
It’s not just about putting your material on slides and shifting through it.
